Deposits

Booking an appointment in studio requires a non -refundable deposit of $50.00 to secure the appointment. Appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Deposits goes towards the total service price.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients can reschedule an appointment up to 48 hours before the original appointment date without a penalty. Clients can reschedule appointment once without a penalty.

Hair Preparation and Extension

Hair must be clean, blow -dried, and free of oils or products. If you bring your own hair extension, it must be new, clean, and tangle - free.
